In this post, we will look at some foundational reasons that may not be obvious as to why Islamic Jihad cannot win against Christian nations. If one looks to the UK as an example, one sees a nation that is in real trouble right now (March, 2026). This fuels the excitement or fervor, and even arrogance of those who think they can succeed in forcing Sharia upon the West. But it is a false hope—fueled only by the ignorance and weak leaders in Western civilization. Once those leaders and the ignorance of, in, and about true Islam are gone, the hope of Jihad disappears with it and them. Ignorance through lies is how the true enemy of mankind operates. I am referring to the devils (demons, fallen angels, and such) that have been pushing Islam into the minds of gullible men since the 7th century. Islam is a violent cult that represses, oppresses, and destroys people wherever it is allowed to grow.
Progressivism
Some people hold a worldview called “progressive” thought. In this paradigm, “progress” is embracing certain dynamics of human interaction. It tends to focus on opposing the methods of control that have been used upon people to rule their lives—even their thoughts. Religion is one method for instituting such control. And since every religion has this element, it has drawn fire from those since the Enlightenment who have fought against ideologies in conflict with their progressive position.
Unfortunately, in so doing, the progressives have attacked the one thing that can actually lead to progress as they desire it. Christianity, as ruled by men (think Catholicism, Orthodoxy, and certain offshoot cults) has been attacked since the beginning of modern progressive thought. That is like throwing the baby out with the bathwater. In reality, if Christianity were not used as a religion by men (for all the wrong reasons) and instead was embraced as the loving relationship it is meant to be, then it would be seen as the truest progress toward utopia that can be found. Progressivism is a fruit of Christianity, not its enemy. It would never have taken root in an Islamic culture. And it will quickly die in one. So, for progressives to end Christianity is to saw off the limb they are on. And like all things ideological, progressives have taken it too far. That is why the current state of progressivism has left the tenets of Christianity which allowed its formation in the first place.
But while the early progressives attacked the parts of man-enforced rules of Catholicism and Orthodoxy (coupled with political or royal powers) they did not know just how regressive the alternatives would end up being. I find it staggering that England has allowed their faith in Christ to fall away while allowing the evil of Islam to infiltrate their culture. And it is not just an infiltration at this point. The Islamists are reshaping Western ideals formed from the sanity (the progressiveness) of the Bible into the most regressive ideology known to mankind—Islam.
Christianity, if followed strictly using the Bible (not the added rules of men), brings heightened rights and dignity to women, children, mentally incompetent, physically handicapped, and even lawless people in their population. Despite the efforts of evil men to ruin Christianity’s purity, it still stands as THE hallmark of progression for mankind. Look at the things that it has brought about throughout history: Hospitals, universities, equal rights for minorities and women, abolition of slavery, child labor laws, equity and fair trade, freedom of religion…not one of which originated with Islam.
In short, any harm brought through Christianity has been against its teachings, not in harmony with them. Islam, on the other hand, operates in concert with its core tenets when it represses, oppresses, murders, enslaves, or destroys other people or civilizations.
Islam is not in the West to assimilate peacefully. It is an invasion to take over and rule as it has always done. Whoever thinks that Islam has suddenly changed its very character in the last few decades is sadly mistaken. Islam has a history. It is violent. It is oppressive. It teaches it. It demands it. No, its character is still the same. All that has changed is its tactics.
Historical Pattern
History also tells us something important about the success or failure of Islamic expansion. When Islam has advanced successfully, it has almost always been against civilizations that were already weakened—either morally, politically, or militarily. When a civilization loses confidence in itself and its own foundations, it becomes vulnerable to outside forces that are far more certain about their own beliefs and objectives.
But when a civilization rediscovers its strength, the advance stops.
Europe has seen this before. In 732, Islamic forces pushing north through Spain were stopped at the Battle of Tours. The expansion into Western Europe did not continue. Centuries later, the Christian kingdoms of Spain slowly pushed Islamic rule out of the Iberian Peninsula altogether during the Reconquista, ending in 1492. And when the Ottoman Empire attempted to push deep into Europe, their advance was halted at Vienna in 1683, after which the tide turned and the Ottomans were gradually pushed back.
In every one of these cases the pattern was the same. Islamic expansion moved forward when the surrounding civilizations were weak or divided. When those civilizations regained strength, unity, and confidence in their own foundations, the expansion stopped and reversed.
This is the pattern history shows us. It is not mysterious and it is not complicated. The question facing Western civilization today is not whether Islam is capable of advancing—it clearly is when the conditions allow it. The real question is whether the West will rediscover the strength that originally built it.
Strength
The truth is that Islam is weaker than Christianity. In fact, it isn’t even close. This is illustrated by the military strength of Christian nations compared to those that are not Christian. In fact, most progress in technology has been at the hands of believers of Christ. Any society that cares for the less fortunate or weaker in their ranks has likely been encouraged to do so through the teachings of the Bible (directly or indirectly). If Islam had become the dominant belief system from its inception, the world would still be in the 7th century in these ways: technology, human rights (slavery, child labor laws, women’s rights), property ownership, freedom to live according to one’s own life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
In short, Islam produces weak humans, with weak minds, weak hearts, and weak morality. They are merely suppressed into compliance, not elevated to higher moral character, which brings higher thinking. They become dependent on the society that oppresses, rather than growing in personal autonomy and ability.
By contrast, those who are deeply seated in true Christianity are too strong mentally, spiritually, or socially to be oppressed. They see it for what it is and fight against it. Or they leave. It is a demonstrable fact that Christianity grows and thrives under oppression. The more it is oppressed, the more it grows. The Romans were among the first to see this. Modern equivalents are in Iran and North Korea. Iran is arguably home to the fastest growing Christian population on the planet. The Church in North Korea is also growing.
Muslims are poking the bear, not realizing its strength. But if they keep up their onslaught and invasion upon the West, they will soon find out. Their own weakness will be shown while the true strength of the Christians will be realized at last. Allah is not as “akbar” as he’d like us to believe. And he is nothing at all compared to the actual Creator, Father, Almighty God — Yahweh.
Call To Action
So, here we are, follower of Christ. Wherever you live, the Islamists have arrived. What are you going to do about it? Are you going to allow this violent, oppressive cult to rule your land? Or are you going to fight back (peacefully, if able)? Vote out any Muslims in political office, since their ideology is based on Sharia (the most regressive system to ever exist). If they are not playing well with others, kick them out of your society.
Do not follow the “Progressives” in your town. They are as much a part of the problem as the Islamists. If they are without Christ and therefore do not have His strength living in them, then they do not have His insights guiding their minds into true progression of actual morality (not oppression disguised as it). When they throw around accusations or labels of “Nazi”, “racist”, “[something]-phobe”, and the like, that is a strong tell that you are dealing with someone with a weak mind who does not have any idea what they are even saying—much less how to deal with it. They are primed and ready for Islam to roll right over them and crush them. And that is exactly what we have been witnessing in the UK, Germany, France, and other formerly Christian nations.
The solution is to read the Bible and take it for what it says (not what the “experts” tell you it says). If you are a person who has faith in Jesus, then you also have the Holy Spirit living inside of you. HE is the One Who leads us into wisdom, knowledge, and truth. He is our strength. And against Him no power can stand.
Conclusion
I do not fear Islam or Muslims. I hate Islam for its evil, and I pity those caught in its grip. I separate the religion from the practitioner. A Muslim is not Islam, and Islam is not a Muslim. Call me an Islamophobe—that’s fine. Just don’t call me a “Muslimophobe” (if that’s a word). That is not true. Hate the ideology, love the person. Fight the Jihad attacks and the Sharia that follows. Fight back with whatever is needed. “Resist the Devil and he will flee from you.” “Be at peace with others as far as it depends on you.” But if you are being attacked (as you are) then fight back. It is defense, not offense. Grow your own faith in the real God (Yahweh of the Bible, not Allah the demon). Read God’s inspired Word—The Holy Bible. Do what it says. And don’t give up the good fight. Do not believe the lie that Islam is peaceful. It is demonstrably rotten at its core. It always has been. It is now and always has been Satan’s chief cult. It never changed. And if you consider yourself progressive (and have read this far) then realize that Islam is the most regressive and aggressive cult on the planet. It will end you and your progressive aspirations.
