About

Hi, I’m Gary. I’m a Christian author (non-fiction). I help people understand what Christianity should be. Not because I’m any better (holier) than anyone else, but because God’s given me understanding that I don’t often see shared.

I don’t use words that are foreign to the average person on the street; I use words that they understand (hopefully). I don’t say things like, “Are you washed in the blood, brother? Are you a born-again, sold-out, spirit-brother of the Lamb?” That confuses and even scares some people.

I try not to be too “preachy” or come on too strong — but sometimes the passion comes out. Sorry (in advance) if you catch me doing this. But judging others is not in my wheelhouse.

The main difference between my approach and many others is that I speak out against religion. In my opinion, Christianity should not be practiced as a religion; but rather, it should be a relationship — between you and your Creator. In the course of presenting this website, this information will be put forth quite a bit.

I don’t subscribe to any particular denomination, sect, cult, or movement called “Christian”. I’m just a disciple (follower) of Jesus Christ. If my view aligns with anyone else’s, it’s just a coincidence, not because I’m a follower of whatever else my view happens to align with. I follow the Bible and no other book. And I definitely do not follow any religion. Religion attempts to show God how “worthy” its adherents or practitioners are — not a good way to approach God. Catholic, Orthodox, and Coptic Christianity are three examples of religion — not my thing. But I do not distance myself from individuals within those groups. I just don’t join them in some of their doctrinal views.

I’m not an “evangelical”, but do evangelize when led.
I’m not “charismatic” or “pentecostal”, but I have spiritual gifts.
I’m not in the “reformation” crowd, but I do agree with some of their schtick.
I’m not a “protestant”, because I did not come out of Catholicism.
I’m not a “universalist”, but the cross is sufficient for everyone.
I’m not a “fundamentalist”, though I hold to the fundamentals of the faith.
I’m not “seeker-sensitive”, but I try to make the message plain.
I’m not “liberal” or “progressive”, but I care about people and truth in equal measure.
I’m not “emergent” or “postmodern”, but I can meet people where they are without compromising.
I’m not a “dispensationalist” or “preterist”, though I’ve studied both and understand the draw.

Labels don’t define me. Jesus does.

The things I write the most about are the things that God has given to me. These can be roughly categorized into three topics: Cosmology (study of the beginning); Eschatology (study of the end); and Soteriology (study of salvation). Here’s a brief overview of each:

Cosmology — Through direct revelation, I know how the Flood of Noah’s day actually happened. I have my own “flood model” to explain it. Read This Broken Planet and The Broken Planet Model to learn about Noah’s Flood and the beginning of this creation.

Eschatology — Because God is gracious (and I’m curious), He has shown me the truth of the End Times. I actually understand it and now teach it. Read End Times Made Easy and Sheep To Nations for End Times knowledge.

Soteriology — I teach faith in the cross of Christ for salvation into sainthood (like everyone else ought to be doing). But I also found something else that others are not talking about: entry into God’s kingdom as something other than a saint. It’s very revealing as to the grace of God. Read Sheep To Nations to know what it is.

What I write comes straight out of what I believe. My books are an extension of my walk with God, not just projects I put my name on. If you’ve read this far, you know I’m not about labels — I’m about truth. That’s what you’ll find in every page I write.

Currently, I have six books available for you to read:

The Complete Gospel – a blending of the four Gospels into one continuous, flowing story. (It’s available in two editions: Red Letter and Black Letter.)

End Times Made Easy – A short book on a tall subject—without the usual hooey. Seriously, if you’re trying to understand the End Times, this will help you.

Rules For Life: According To Jesus – You can read 33 commandments that come from Jesus. It’s a small booklet. Good for a daily devotional tool (for 33 days, anyway).

This Broken Planet [Earth’s beginning and end, and its unseen Water Layer] – The result of a vision from God; it’s a Word of Knowledge to everyone on this broken planet.

The Broken Planet Model – A more technical and less polemic presentation than This Broken Planet. Still inspired. Still unique. Just a deeper dive into the science.

Sheep To Nations – Eschatology and soteriology, unlike any other book.
